BVE-160DP pillar type x ray vehicle inspection system is our newly developed pillar type dual x ray generator and dual energy X-ray security inspection equipment. The system adopts X-ray penetration scanning method, which can effectively identify all kinds of goods loaded in the trucks, vehicles conveniently, quickly and effectively.

The pillar structure design is simple and convenient for disassembly and assembly; Dual x ray sources and dual detectors are respectively installed in the columns on both sides. The detection system scanning from both sides completes the inspection of large vehicles. The rays completely cover the whole carriage, avoiding gantry diagonal scanning and reducing the difficulty of penetrating goods.

The system allows the vehicle to drive directly through the scanning channel at a speed of no more than 20 km/h, and automatically avoid the cab scanning. It can also choose to install the transmission system as optional choice to drive the vehicle through without driving, so as to realize fast, non-unpacking inspection and 100% safety inspection; Automatic operation, fast passing, reducing the need for manual inspection, simple process, and avoiding traffic congestion caused by manual unpacking inspection. When the vehicle has problem, the driving speed lower than 5km/h or stops in the channel, the equipment will automatically stop scanning to protect the driver's safety.

It is an essential security inspection equipment for border checking inspection at high-speed intersections, to assist identifying hidden contraband goods like explosives, guns, knives and drugs in the cabin, trunk, chassis and other locations in the car.
